Joe’s sculpture is inspired by the sea; its history, stories and surrounding land and seascape. Joe works in a variety of materials but mainly ceramics and sometimes incorporates finds from beach-combing. His characters are both real and imagined, living and working in the coastal environment. 

We expect more work from Joe in 2020.
