Inspired by the coastal towns and cliffs of East Devon, Debbie Lush has completed a series of works all painted this year.

These nine new works focus on the point where land meets sea. 

The cliffs, tree lines and pockets of the seaside towns along the Jurassic coast can be detected and names given to these places. However in editing her view, patterning the shapes she sees, she creates rhythms in the land which resonate as they emerge from her vivid palette.
